From Zero Presence to 25K+ Organic Visitors & 300+ Monthly Organic Leads Using AI SEO

Key Results

  • 25K+ Monthly Organic Traffic
  • 253K+ AI Search Traffic
  • 300+ Monthly Organic Leads
  • 600+ Blog Content Published by Us

Overview

When Consultifly started working with DigigoFly, the goal was not simply to get more website traffic.

They wanted to build a long-term student acquisition system that could consistently bring students looking for:

  • Digital SAT
  • AP, IB Coaching
  • TMUA Coaching
  • Study Abroad Consulting
  • Ivy League Consulting
  • University Admissions
    Test Preparation

The challenge was that education is a competitive market. Ranking for broad keywords such as “SAT,” “Digital SAT,” “AP Coaching,” “TMUA Coaching” and study-abroad-related searches requires much more than publishing a few blogs.

So we built a complete 5-Step AI SEO System around their courses, locations, student search behaviour and commercial intent.

Today, Consultifly gets 25K+ organic visitors, 300+ monthly organic leads, and has generated 253K+ impressions from Google’s generative AI search experience.

More importantly, we also saw leads coming from AI search including ChatGPT, not just website traffic.

The Challenge

Consultifly had a strong education offering, but building consistent organic visibility was the challenge.

They were competing in multiple categories:

Test Prep

  • Digital SAT
  • SAT
  • AP
  • TMUA
  • Other aptitude tests

Study Abroad

  • USA
  • UK
  • Canada
  • Australia
  • Germany
  • Netherlands
  • Singapore
  • Japan
  • And other destinations

Admissions

  • Ivy League
  • Undergraduate admissions
  • Master’s applications
  • Profile building
  • University counselling

This meant there were thousands of possible search queries across different courses, cities, countries and student intents. The goal was not to rank for easy, low-competition keywords just to increase traffic.

We wanted to build visibility around the actual searches students use before they enquire or purchase a service.

Our Strategy

First, We Understand the Business Before starting SEO, we don’t jump straight into keywords or blogs.

We connect regularly with the founder on a Google Meet to understand the business from the inside.

For Consultifly, we learned about:

  • How the study-abroad market works
  • Their Digital SAT and test-prep courses
  • Their study-abroad services
  • Their target students
  • What parents care about before choosing a service
  • What students search for before making a decision
  • Their important destinations and universities
  • Their competitors
  • Their current marketing and lead-generation process

This conversation helped us understand what they sell, who they want to reach, and what students and parents are actually looking for.

Then We Built the SEO Strategy

After understanding the business, we studied the website, competitors and search demand.

We performed an in-depth SEO audit and worked on:

  • Technical SEO issues
  • Website structure
  • Existing content
  • Competitor research
  • Search demand
  • Commercial keywords
  • Student questions
  • High-intent searches

Then we mapped keywords based on:

Course → Search Intent → Location → Student Need

This gave us a clear roadmap for what pages to create, what content to publish and which keywords to target.

DigigoFly 5-Step AI SEO System

We Don’t Do SEO Like Most Agencies. We don’t just write blogs, publish them and wait for Google to rank them. We built our own 5-Step AI SEO System to help education businesses grow their organic visibility across Google Search + AI Search.

Our system is designed to take websites from little or no organic traffic to 10K+ monthly organic visitors, by combining keyword research, high-intent pages, content, technical SEO, AI Search optimization and authority building.

We use the same system with our clients and have seen strong organic traffic and lead-generation results across multiple education businesses.

Step 1 –  Foundation + Keyword & Prompt Research

We started with the business and search demand.

We researched:

  • High-intent keywords
  • Course-related searches
  • Location-based searches
  • Competitor keywords
  • Student questions
  • Commercial searches
  • AI-search questions and prompts

We mapped keywords around courses and cities so every important search had the right page behind it.

Goal: Right Search → Right Page → Right Student

Step 2 – Content Engine

Once the keyword map was ready, we scaled content.

Initially, the website was publishing around 15 blog posts per month.

We scaled this to around 80+ content pieces per month, with AI-assisted research and production combined with expert human editing.

Our process included:

  • AI-assisted content research
  • Expert content editing
  • Manual internal linking
  • Relevant external references
  • Content restructuring
  • Humanizing content
  • Search-intent optimization
  • Regular content updates

The objective was never to publish content just for volume. Every piece had a purpose.

Step 3 –  AI Search Optimization ( AEO/GEO)

We also optimized the website to be easier for modern search and AI systems to understand.

We worked on:

  • Clear answers to student questions
  • Topic relationships
  • Entity relevance
  • Structured information
  • FAQs
  • Strong supporting content
  • E-E-A-T signals
  • Relevant external references

This helped Consultifly gain visibility beyond traditional Google blue links.

The website started receiving visibility in Google’s generative AI search experience, with 253K+ AI impressions. And importantly, the traffic was not the only outcome.

Leads were also generated from AI search, including ChatGPT.

That showed us something important: AI visibility is valuable when it connects to a real business outcome.

Step 4 –  On-Page SEO + Technical SEO

We continuously improved the website’s technical and on-page SEO.

This included:

  • Title optimization
  • H1/H2 structure
  • Meta descriptions
  • URL structure
  • Internal linking
  • Image optimization
  • Indexing
  • Technical fixes
  • Page structure
  • User experience
  • Conversion paths

We also monitored which pages and keywords were generating meaningful traffic and enquiries. Then we improved and expanded them.

Step 5 –  Authority + Backlinks

Traffic alone does not build a strong search presence. We worked on building authority around the website through:

  • Relevant backlinks
  • Digital PR
  • Social references
  • External content
  • Relevant third-party mentions
  • Parasite SEO opportunities
  • Community and social content
  • Brand/entity signals

The goal was to build a stronger web presence around Consultifly – not just make one website rank.

We Built 700+ SEO Landing Pages

One of the biggest parts of the strategy was creating location and service-specific landing pages.

Instead of having only a few generic pages, we created 700+ SEO landing pages targeting relevant combinations of:

Course + Location + Intent

This allowed Consultifly to reach students searching from different parts of the world.

The biggest markets included: India, USA, UK, Australia
These pages were built around real search demand rather than creating pages randomly.

The objective was simple: Be present wherever the right student is searching.

We Didn’t Only Target Easy Keywords

A common SEO strategy is to target low-competition keywords because they are easier to rank for.

We took a different approach.

We also worked toward difficult, high-value search terms related to:

  • SAT
  • SAT Exam
  • Digital SAT
  • AP Coaching
  • TMUA Coaching
  • Ivy League Consultants
  • Study Abroad Consulting
  • University Admissions

These keywords have much stronger competition. But they also have much higher potential business value.

The goal was not: “How much traffic can we get?”

The goal was: “Can we get the right students searching for services Consultifly actually sells?”

Google Ads: Bridge While SEO Was Growing

SEO takes time.

Consultifly needed leads while the organic system was still being built.

So during the initial stage, we used Google Search Ads to create immediate demand capture.

Over the first four months:

Ad Spend: ₹1,44,000
Leads: 158
Average CPL: ₹912

This helped generate leads while the SEO system was gaining momentum.

But the data also showed us that paid acquisition was becoming expensive.

Competition was increasing and CPCs in education and study-abroad searches were putting pressure on acquisition costs.

So instead of becoming permanently dependent on paid traffic, we continued investing in the organic system.

Then We Made the Shift

As SEO started generating regular organic leads, the strategy changed.

We gradually reduced our dependence on Google Ads.

We focused more on:

  • High-intent keywords
  • New SEO landing pages
  • More relevant content
  • Existing-page optimization
  • Internal linking
  • Authority building
  • AI Search optimization
  • Commercial search terms

The goal was to turn SEO from a traffic channel into a student acquisition system.

The Result

Today, Consultifly has built a strong organic search presence across Google and AI-powered search.

One of the most interesting results was seeing Consultifly appear in AI-powered search experiences. The website received 253K+ impressions in a generative AI feature on Google Search. We also identified actual leads coming through AI search, including ChatGPT.

This is important because AI visibility should not be treated as a vanity metric. Getting mentioned by an AI system is interesting. Getting a student from that visibility is a business result.

From Paid Acquisition to an Organic Lead System

At the beginning, Google Ads helped Consultifly generate leads while SEO was being built.

Over time, the SEO system became strong enough to generate regular organic enquiries.

That changed the role of paid advertising.

Instead of continuously spending money to buy every lead, Consultifly had another acquisition engine working in the background.

Before : Pay for traffic → Get leads

After : Get organic traffic → Get organic leads

And that system can continue working even when an individual ad campaign is paused.

Takeaways

1. Don’t chase traffic. Chase search intent.

A website can get thousands of visitors and still generate very few enquiries. We focused on searches connected to actual courses, services and student decisions.

2. AI SEO is not just ChatGPT mentions.

AI search visibility is useful when it supports the complete customer journey.

The objective is not: “Get mentioned by AI.”

It is: “Get discovered by the right student through search and AI, then convert that attention into an enquiry.”

3. Build pages around real demand.

The 700+ landing pages were not created simply to increase the page count.

They were built around combinations of: Course + Location + Search Intent

This gave us many more opportunities to reach students across markets.

4. High-volume content needs a system.

Publishing 80+ pieces of content every month is only useful when quality, relevance and internal linking are controlled.

We combined: AI-assisted production + human expertise + SEO strategy + manual optimization.

5. SEO should reduce dependency on paid acquisition.

Google Ads was useful for generating leads while organic visibility was growing. But the long-term goal was to build an acquisition channel that did not require paying for every click.

2.5+ Years of Partnership

This wasn’t a 30-day SEO experiment. DigigoFly has been working with Consultifly for more than 2.5 years across:

  • AI SEO
  • SEO
  • Social Media
  • Google Ads
  • Content
  • Digital visibility

During this period, the strategy evolved as the market changed.

From traditional SEO to AI-assisted content.

From Google Search to AI Search.

From individual campaigns to a complete organic lead-generation system. The biggest value of a long-term partnership is that we don’t have to start from zero every few months. We already understand the business, the courses, the students, the market and what has worked.

So we can keep improving the system.
